At Twissic, we provide shipping worldwide and free delivery will apply to any purchase over £100 in UK and Hong Kong.

UK & Hong Kong

Standard delivery £6.99 and free with orders over £50, 5 - 7 working days

Express delivery £9.99, next day delivery (not available until March 2019)

International

Standard delivery £19.99, 7-14 working days

Returns

At Twissic, we are very confident in our watches quality and hence provide 10 years warranty to our customers. However, if you are not happy with your watch, all unworn watches can be returned within 30 days of purchase by contacting Twissic Customer Service (hello@twissic.com).

Please do not return any good before receiving a confirmation email from Twissic Customer Service. All cost of shipment and return to Twissic will be on the buyer's side.
